Sleeping Techniques
Do you ever have a hard time falling asleep at night? Is it hard for you to shut your brain off and stop thinking? Do you want to fall asleep in the presence of God, in His love and peace! These classes can help! (If you have a medical condition I would seek advice from a doctor)!
How does it work?
These classes help your body fall asleep by walking you through some techniques to help your muscles relax and your nervous system calm down. I also use deep breathing exercises! All these things help Increase sleep time and quality. With lots of prayer, thankfulness exercises, and bible verses we help you get in a positive place so you can fall asleep in peace. For me personally, I just lay in bed and I can’t stop thinking and it keeps me awake. These videos help me focus on God. This is just an audio. It’s a BLACK screen so you can just listen and follow along to prevent screen time before bed.
Another addition that might help!
If this alone isn’t working, try one of my relaxing yoga videos before you get comfy into bed. You may benefit from a 15 min or a 1 hr long video. Find what works best for you! If that still doesn’t work, talk to your doctor about taking vitamins like GABA, magnesium citrate, or melatonin. Also consider changing your diet and removing things like caffeine and sugar. I really hope that all these things help you get the restful sleep your body needs!
