Ever feel stressed but don’t have the time to de-stress?! Do you want to know and focus on Gods promises instead of your fear? These videos are just for you! I like to do them while I’m getting ready, driving, or doing dishes! 

What is it?

With calming music, I’m reading bible verses to you in first person. You can hear the Bible like God is speaking directly to you! I’m presenting the Bible in a way that makes sense and sounds like a letter from God. It’s a lot like the message version of the Bible. I put different bible verses together and add a few words to help with the transition. This is truly a message from God, to you! These videos mean a lot to me because they are so unique. I only found a few other people that make videos like these. With my busy schedule, sometimes this is the only bible I get through out my day. It’s very comforting and soothing which really helps when I’m feeling anxiety. 

How does it help?

I walk you through some deep breathing exercises. There’s a few different ways to deep breath that will bring stress relief and help your body to relax. It also helps calm the nervous system, and relieve anxiety. Along with deep breathing we go through meditation on the Bible. It’s very helpful in stress management. As well as just focusing on Gods promises, instead of our problems. It really helps put things into perspective!
